Final fantasy x where to get celestial mirror

Tell him where his wife and son are, and return to Macalania Woods South. Talk with the mother and father again, and they'll mention that now their kid, who you saw before, is now missing. Run up the glowing path and you'll see the kid. Talk with him and he'll move.

Continue up the path he was blocking, and "talk" with the large crystal by pressing X or whatever the default interact button is on your platform of choice. The Cloudy Mirror will turn into the Celestial Mirror. Each character in FF10 has a specific legendary weapon that can be acquired by using the Celestial Mirror, which you hopefully will have obtained using the guide above. To remove this ability and unlock the weapon's full potential, you need to find two specific event items, Crest and Sigils, for each character.

Once that's done, you must then return to the Malacania Woods and use the Celestial Mirror to power up the weapon at the large spherical crystal high amid the treetops. Once powered up in this way, each celestial weapon is hands down the best weapon in the game for that character - making it ideal for the challenging late and post-game bosses.

The names, locations and items needed to power up each of the legendary Celestial Weapons are listed below. Note: In the original version of FF10 in North America and Japan, some characters may need different sigils to power up their weapon. To acquire Tidus's ultimate weapon you must race and defeat the chocobo trainer in the Calm Lands. After winning the race, walk to the upper northwest section of Calm Lands. The guard who has up until now been blocking a narrow pathway down into the gorge will have left his post, allowing you to pass.

Tidus will then be able to use the Celestial Mirror on this spot to acquire Caladbolg. To acquire Yuna's ultimate weapon you'll need to capture all nine types of fiends found in the Calm Lands. Once you've collected alll nine of the creatures on offer, go and talk to the Monster Area owner.

He'll produce a treasure chest containing the Nirvana, Yuna's Celestial Weapon. Belgemime's summon only has about 30, HP, so if you have Anima and have leveled up Yuna's stats enough, Anima's Overdrive Oblivion should kill it in a single hit. Cross the bridge and make a left at the Save Sphere by the entrance to the temple. Examine the sphere on the ground near the Chocobo to access a racing mini-game.

Head to the other Chocobo found to the right of the Save Sphere on the opposite side of the temple and ride it. The mini-game requires you to reach the center of the temple before the other Chocobo does.

You can collect the treasure chests found around the course, though you will want to focus on winning the race more. After completing the mini-game, you will obtain the Cloudy Mirror. From there, head southeast to find a secret path going to the save sphere at the entrance of Macalania Woods.

Use it to quickly travel to the entrance without encountering fiends. This pathway will lead you on a shortcut that will speed you through the entrance. The pathway is technically straight right now as the only intersection is blocked off by a lady that will tell you about when she used to pass through here.

Continue along the pathway until you reach the entrance with the Save Sphere. There is a woman and a small child at the entrance. Speak to the woman and she will explain to you that her husband is missing. Speak to the child as well. Take the pathway to the right of the woman and the child. The husband is the one on the right.

She will now mention that her son went off into the woods before the husband came. The missing son is at the end of the pathway. The son will now return to his parents.
