For the protection of the studios and productions, camera and recording devices may NOT be brought into production areas and you, and your guests, are strictly prohibited from taking any kind of photograph, image or recording while on the premises without the prior consent of the Studio.

Use of mobile telephones to take photographs or recordings is also prohibited. The winner must supply a list of all guest names and contact details no more than 5 days before Prize Tour date to Pinewood via email. Such information will only be used by Pinewood for the purposes of administering the Prize Tour. Pinewood shall collect and use the personal contact details of the guests to give them access to site and to administer the Prize Tour.

If guests do not wish their data to be treated in this way they should not be added to the list of attendees. Pinewood reserves the right to postpone the Prize Tour at any time before the Prize Tour date. Pinewood shall use reasonable endeavours to rearrange the Prize Tour with the winner.
