The effect's simple and brilliant. There's just one big problem: there aren't really that many great Fusion Monsters. To compound the issue even further, the Fusion Materials have to be on the field. So while Trump Witch does a lot for you as your repeatable Polymerization, you'll have to do a little bit of work to get Trump Witch vomiting up Fusion Monsters turn after turn. How exactly? Well, that's what most of the writers here at TCGplayer have been trying to figure out for weeks. Last week saw Doug's brilliant Trump Token Takedown deck that capitalized on Scapegoat Tokens, turning them into First of the Dragons ; a monster that literally every top strategy has difficulty with right now.
He coupled it with the Plant engine to make an incredibly flexible and explosive strategy. I highly recommend you check it out if you haven't already. What Doug did with his Trump Token Takedown deck is exactly what you want a deck with Trump Witch to do: make Fusion Summons easily and powerfully without breaking the bank on card economy. Figuring out how to make Fusion Summons that don't tank your card count has been something of a focus for recent card design.

GX posted Not good enough. These are what i like to call situational-optional effects. They require a situation thus, the "When" and when that situation is satisfied then you have the choice to activate it or not thus the "Can". However, this falls apart if it is not the last thing to happen.
Take Lighptulsar Dragon for example: " The thing about missing the timing is that it has to be the last thing that happens in sequence of events. So let's say if I tributed Lightpulsar Dragon for a random 6 star monster. As you can see, Lightpulsar dragon being sent to the grave was not the last thing to happen. Note this is not a chain, but the same rules apply if it was a chain.
Example 2 Check out Ryko vs. Lightpulsar: 1 Ryko is flipped; targets Lightpulsar 2 Lightpulsar is sent to the grave effect can activate Note that this is a chain. Sign in anonymously.
